Published purpose
The objective of this project aim of the Canadian Roundtable for Sustainable Beef's Sustainability Assurance and Public Trust Development project is to develop internationally recognized sustainability assurance systems for Canadian beef and enable science-based and transparent communications for the value chain and beyond. These systems will help build public trust in the industry and help the industry maintain market share via credible assurance processes.
