Published purpose
The objective of this project is to focus on product and technology innovations in cereals, oats, pulse and new ingredients that serve as natural preservatives, as well as innovative alternatives in food safety practices in frozen vegetables, pork, poultry and dairy to extend shelf-life. This project has the potential to increase value, grow export capacity and enhance Canada's competitiveness in food products.
