Published purpose
The objective of this project is Horse Welfare Alliance of Canada provide awareness of the welfare and health standards as defined in the Code of Practice for the Care and Handling of Equines to equine owners, custodians and the public. Educational material based on the Code will be developed and delivered as standards that will increase awareness and elevate knowledge, skills and confidence.
