Published purpose
The objective of this project is to raise awareness of the premium quality of Canadian farmed seafood products, of the sustainable farming practices of the industry and of Canada’s rigorous food safety system in order to increase demand, market share and price, and to identify new and underdeveloped submarkets within the United States as well as export markets for lesser known products.
