Published purpose
This contribution supports the Kainai Nation in establishing a herd of bison on the Kainai (Blood) Reserve. The project aims to promote landscape-scale conservation, ecological restoration of native grasslands, cultural restoration for people of the Kainai Nation, and furthers the strong relationship between the Government of Canada and the Kainai Nation.
