This contribution supports 1) the relationship established by the Senior Officials Forum (SOF) Agreement and protocols signed in 1998 with Keeseekoowenin Ojibway First Nation and the Minister of State Responsible for Parks Canada, and 2) the goals and objectives established by the Riding Mountain Forum (RMF) Agreement signed in 2006 between the Coalition of First Nations with Interests in Riding Mountain National Park and Minister of Environment.
