Published purpose
This contribution supports the capacity development for the Cowichan Tribes to develop a Southern Resident Killer Whale Conservation Program. This contribution represents seed funding allowing to outfit and initially staff an office, which will enable them to develop a conservation and monitoring plan that will align with Parks Canada's species at risk conservation goals.
