Published purpose
The contribution supports the Ontario Breeding Bird Atlas by providing funds to: review year 1 field work and geographic coverage results; make recommendations for effective field work implementation strategies in year 2; and, provide support to volunteer Regional Coordinators in their assistance of local volunteers. Project activities will result in data collection to map the distribution and relative abundance of Ontario’s approximately 300 species of breeding birds.
