Published purpose
This contribution supports the Mushkegowuk Council’s scientific research, science-based skill development, and community participation to assess and quantify ecosystem carbon (peatland) in their Traditional Territories. The work will address several knowledge gaps pertaining to patterns of peatland establishment and carbon accumulation in the Hudson Bay Lowlands Ecozone.
