Published purpose

This grant supports development of MIEDS’ (Misty Isles Economic Development Society) tourism guide publication called “This is Haida Gwaii.” The guide is distributed in Western Canada and supports and promotes responsible, safe and respectful tourism to not only Haida Gwaii as a whole but also to Gwaii Haanas. The guide features local activities/places, Haida cultural content and practical travel tips.
