Published purpose
This contribution supports the participation of Makivvik in the negotiations phase of the establishment process for the Torngat Area of Interest with Parks Canada and the Nunatsiavut Government. The funds provided will enable Makivvik staff to be fully involved at both the Steering Committee and negotiations team level to simultaneously negotiate an Establishment Agreement and Impact and Benefit Agreement.
