Published purpose
This grant enables Songhees Nation Elder and Knowledge Keeper Cecelia Dick to attend the installation and unveiling of Indigenous art at the Whale Trail, located at Fort Rodd Hill and Fisgard Lighthouse National Historic Sites. Cecelia provided cultural knowledge for the interpretation panels.
