This contribution supports Lyackson First Nation’s Guardian Program with initiatives such as managing trails, kayak pull out sites, protecting archeological/culturally sensitive sites, and engaging with/educating visitors to their Island. It will also provide opportunities for youth members to work with the Guardian Program, which could become their career path.
