This grant enables Esquimalt Nation artist Darlene Gait to attend the installation and unveiling of Indigenous art at the Whale Trail, located at Fort Rodd Hill and Fisgard Lighthouse National Historic Sites. Darlene’s art is the centerpiece of the Whale Trail.
