Published purpose
The purpose of the contribution is to provide funding to support a project which targets 250 youth, between the ages of 12-24, who reside in the Laval area and are considered to be most at risk of involvement with gangs and will intervene through key activities such as prevention, invervention, repression and social re-entry.
