Published purpose

The Sik-Ooh-Kotoki Friendship Society (SOKFS) proposes to implement a community-based reintegration support program for Indigenous offenders coming from provincial or federal custody. The SOKFS will work with correctional center staff at the Edmonton Institution for Women, Okimaw Ohci Healing Lodge, and Bowden and Drumheller Institutions in support of the development of release plans for Indigenous offenders.
