Published purpose
The purpose of the contribution is to provide funding to support a project to address the root causes of youth gang involvement by offering youth skill-building in the area of mental health literacy and resiliency to address trauma, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and hypersensitive flight or fight responses developed due to community violence.
