The purpose of this contribution is to Estimated that Time of Arrival (E.T.A.) is a mobile, rapid access mental health and integrated care model for people at risk of radicalization to violence in the city of Toronto. The objective is to implement a mental health and social service behavioural health model to engage, treat, and reduce the threat of radicalization to violence.
