The purpose of this contribution is to provide funding to implement the Strengthening Families Program (SFP) to provide youth at-risk of criminal behavior related to peer violence, alcohol and drug abuse, living in or around the City of Summerside and Prince County, Prince Edward Island, participating in the program with targeted Strengthening Families Program-related services.
