Published purpose
The Ground Search and Rescue (GSAR) teams in OSARVA have the capability to work together through interoperability partly due to a prior SARNIF grant. OSARVA would like to expand on this base by providing consistent team training refreshers, equipment, enhanced communication, and incident management software for every team.
