Published purpose

The purpose of this contribution is to provide funding to reduce recidivism and gang involvement among incarcerated youth in custody facilities in Winnipeg, Ottawa and Edmonton by building adaptive behaviours and decreasing maladaptive behaviours (such as bullying, substance abuse, and gang activities), providing youth with the tools and ability to visualize a positive plan for their future, and deepening relationships and trust between youth a various multi-sectoral partner involved.
