The purpose of this contribution is to provide funding for community readiness and community mobilization initiatives utilizing commonly used crime prevention strategies including but not limited to Social Developmental Crime Prevention Design and Situational/Environmental Crime Prevention Design supported through western and traditional and cultural systems to promote our traditional concept of balance.
