Published purpose
The Purpose of this Security Infrastructure Agreement is to provide funding to help the community enhance their security infrastructure by purchasing and installing exterior lighting. By providing Pickering Pentecostal Church with security infrastructure, a reduction in hate-motivated crime is anticipated which will lead to an increase in overall community safety.
