Published purpose
This project focuses on three requirements: sustaining and enhancing core Heavy Urban Search and Rescue (HUSAR) disciplines; expanding capabilities in all-hazard disaster response; and developing the foundation for employing an All-Hazards Incident Management Team. All project elements include continued development of doctrine, standards and procedures in collaboration with the national HUSAR network and the other Task Forces.
