Published purpose
The purpose of this contribution will supports at-risk youth aged 12–24 to reduce gang involvement and promote protective factors. Aligned with the National Crime Prevention Strategy, it expands the Youth Hub (Homebase) to operate daily (10 a.m.–midnight), offering case management, addictions counseling, life skills education, and recreational activities.
