Published purpose

This project aims to enhance domestic legislation and criminal justice capacities on cybercrime and electronic evidence in line with the Budapest Convention, its Second Additional Protocol, and related standards. Project activities include: (1) enhancing the awareness of the gender-specific issues and the links between gender-based cyberviolence and cybercrime among beneficiaries; and (2) supporting countries’ ascension to the Budapest Convention, by adopting criminal justice responses that are in line with human rights and rule of law standards.
