Published purpose
The objective of this project is to assess the quality of wheat samples from Western Canada, including the milling of samples, analysis of wheat and flour quality, and production and analysis of the end-product quality. This will ensure that Canadian wheat continues to undergo economic growth, meet customers' needs and Provide opportunities for the entire wheat value chain.
