Published purpose
The objective of this project of the Native Women's Association of Canada’s is to facilitate a national engagement initiative that focuses on Indigenous women and gender-diverse people in agriculture, to incorporate Indigenous women and gender-diverse people’s traditional roles in agriculture and traditional foods and to obtain a better understanding of agriculture and agri-food from an Indigenous lens.
