Published purpose
This project aims to provide expert support and technical advice to member states of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), the ASEAN Secretariat, and African partners. It seeks to help mitigate biological threats, strengthen biological security in ASEAN and Africa and enhance the capacity of participating countries for emerging infectious diseases and other security-relevant biological threats. This portion of funding covers the variable fees paid to the Canadian Commercial Corporation for the acquiring and delivering goods and services (to be determined) to advance this project.
