Published purpose

This 36-month project will improve to employment and the labour market for vulnerable and marginalized women. Through participatory research and the application of a gender-based analysis framework (GBA+), the project will increase understanding of the systemic barriers that vulnerable and marginalized women face. Successful wrap-around programs to access labour markets will be identified and promising practices will be implemented nationally, through 20 member associations. The project will engage the public, private and civil society sectors in effectively implementing actions and changing practices that inhibit the economic empowerment and participation of vulnerable and marginalized women.
