To support the coordination of local and regional engagement to advance discussions on collaboration and partnership in marine safety and environmental protection / To build capacity and expertise to support dialogue and deliberation on federal-Indigenous relationships related to the design and implementation of the marine safety system and environmental protection measures /To foster the development of bilateral and multilateral relationships and partnership to support participation in the marine safety regime / To implement federal-Indigenous or multilateral plans and agreements to facilitate collaborative management and partnership in marine safety and environmental protection.
