Published purpose
This 48-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the organization to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: development of an ongoing plan to diversify funding sources, development of a strategy to strengthen ties with community organizations, strategic planning and development of an advocacy plan.
