Published purpose
This 48-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow YWCA Muskoka to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the establishment of a fund development and finance strategy, the development of a comprehensive Human Resources strategy with a focus on professional development, wellness, and succession planning, as well as an organizational strategic plan.
