Published purpose
This 48-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the organization to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: training and skill development for Indigenous women from the FSIN Women’s Secretariat, SFNWC Advisory Circle, and Tribal Council Women’s Commissions and staff in the areas of research, advocacy, and facilitation techniques to enhance leadership and advocacy capacity.
