Published purpose
This 18-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow Interval House to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through an evaluation of the newly designed Residential Program, a series of capacity-building trainings for both front-line workers and managers, as well as staff health and wellness training.
