Published purpose
This 48-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the organization to continue improving the economic, health, education and overall standard of living for Indigenous women and advancing gender equality in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: board governance training; organizational financial health; partnership development; human resource management; and advocacy.
