Published purpose
This 48-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the organization to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: developing and implementing a financial sustainability and human resources strategy, which will encompass plans for financial growth, fund diversification, and partnership development.
