Published purpose
This 16-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the organization to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: implementation of strategic planning, which will encompass revision and further development of human resources management, communication and promotional material.
