Published purpose
This 46-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the organization to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: increasing human resources capacity, and engaging external experts in the areas of fund development, communication and evaluation to strengthen processes.
