Published purpose

This 42-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the Native Child and Family Services of Toronto to improve its service to Indigenous women and families in Toronto. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the assessment of the current staff training program and procedures followed by a large-scale redesign of a culturally appropriate and effective training program.
