Women's Rural Resource Centre

Published purpose

This 45-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the Women's Rural Resource Centre to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the development of a strategic plan, a human resources, volunteer and donor management infrastructure, as well as a public education and advocacy strategy. The organization will also strengthen its position as a leader in advancing the women’s movement in rural Ontario through the development and implementation of a co-active leadership strategy that will increase the Centre’s leadership and advocacy competencies and engage stakeholders and develop partnership collaborations to mobilize change agents in Middlesex County.
