Published purpose
This 47-month project will increase organizational capacity to allow the organization to continue to promote social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: enhancing board governance and leadership; developing and implementing a strategic plan; growing financial resilience; and forging strategic partnerships with other women's advancement organizations at the provincial, territorial and national levels.
