Published purpose

This 45-month project will increase organizational capacity to allow the organization to continue to promote social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: human resources management, board governance, strategic planning, partnerships, collaboration and networking, and a Gender-Based Analysis Plus. The project also seeks to finalize and sustain the culture change initiated in 2015. The organization will review its organizational practices in order to meet members' needs, build on changes to feminist approaches, and update its financing methods, while incorporating a communication and public relations plan.
