Published purpose

This 45-month project will increase organizational capacity to allow the organization to continue to promote social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: partnerships, collaboration and networking, implementation of results-based management, and diversificaiton of funding through technological improvements. The project will also increase organizational capacity to maintain a stable organization, abreast of technological developments that will help it serve its clients and fulfil its mandate of promoting science and technology to girls in disadvantaged neighbourhoods, in order to reduce school drop-out and poverty among women.
