Published purpose
This 46-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow Scarborough Women's Centre to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the development of a 5-year strategic plan with a focus on: succession planning, partnership development, collaboration and networking, the development of advocacy strategies, and the organizational integration of result-based management (RBM) and gender-based analysis plus (GBA+).
