Published purpose

This 47-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the organization to continue to improve the economic security of African Canadian immigrant women in Nova Scotia. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: long-term strategic planning, board governance training, Information-technology capacity enhancement, and succession planning.
