Published purpose
This 45-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the organization to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: an improved advocacy strategy; and strategic development planning through improvement of organizational human resources, communications, and financial sustainability structures.
