Published purpose
This 48 month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the organization to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: develop and implement a capacity-building strategic plan, develop and implement a strategic partnership plan, and the implementation of a human resource strategy for training and retention of board and advisory members, staff, and volunteers.
