Published purpose
This 24-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the organization to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: needs assessment, development and implementation of strategic plans, collaboration and networking, and enhancing organizational financial health.
