Published purpose
This 45-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the Homeward Family Shelter to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through a funding diversification strategy, an advocacy and community engagement plan and the development of effective networking and partnerships. The project will also allow the organization to optimize its visibility and attractiveness towards human resources that would ensure its sustainability.
